Cody Fannin is a proud husband and father.  Married to Laurah Fannin, together they have three children. They enjoy residing and raising their family in Polk County.  Cody is an elementary Physical Education teacher at Eastside Elementary School in Rockmart and has been an educator for 15+ years. He obtained his real estate license in 2018.  He feels the best part of being an agent is working with clients to find the perfect home that suits their needs or to sell their current home.  Though Cody is a part time agent, he is committed to putting in full time work for his clients.
