Hey ya'll! I am Kristin Palmer, a realtor with S & S Homes Realty. The most important things about me are that I am a wife, mom and stepmom! I am also very involved in Midway Church, Villa Rica as a member, Midway Kids volunteer and co-leader of a Lifegroup.  

I was born in Douglasville, Georgia but moved around quite a bit throughout my childhood. Fun fact: I even lived in Australia for 3 years! Our final move in my childhood was to Florida. I lived there for 12 years.

However, shortly after I became a mom, I made the decision to move back home to Georgia. I was working in Public Safety prior to making the switch to Real estate; 911 dispatcher to be exact. Public safety really prepared me to listen and help someone in a time of need. It taught me to be compassionate to others. These things have definitely helped me now as an agent. My husband and I bought our house at the end of 2019 and I loved the experience I had when purchasing my own personal home, and decided I wanted to be able to help others like our agent helped us! I knew I wanted to be an agent that could be patient, kind and to listen to a client.

Although I live in Georgia, I have family in Alabama and am there often. I feel confident and knowledgeable in both states! I value open communication and honesty in every transaction! Because my goal is always to treat someone how I’d want my family to be treated.
